Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026. Little Wonders is a personalised portrait service for children's photos. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what happens to it.

What we collect

• The photo you upload. Used only to create the portrait you asked for.
• Your first name and email. To save your preview link, deliver your purchase and answer support requests. Marketing emails are sent only if you ticked the optional box; every one has an unsubscribe link.
• The child's first name, only if you type it, and only to draw it on the portrait.
• Order details. What you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Usage data. Which pages and themes you viewed, with a cookie that tells our pages apart from each other, and the Meta pixel, which tells us which of our ads brought you here. Where you came from (the ad or link) is saved with your preview or order.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 24 hours. A photo our automatic check refuses is deleted immediately.
• Free previews are deleted after 72 hours.
• Purchased portraits and videos are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted.
• Your email and order record are kept for as long as we need them for support, refunds and bookkeeping.

How the portrait is made

The portrait is generated by an AI image model from your photo and the theme you chose. The photo is sent to our image-processing provider for the seconds it takes to generate, under their data-processing terms. We do not use your photos to train AI models and never publish them.

Children

This service is used by adults. You must be the child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission, to upload a photo. We do not knowingly collect information from children themselves.

Who we share data with

Only the companies that make the service work: our hosting and storage providers, the AI image provider (for generation only), Stripe (payments), our email provider (your links), and Meta (advertising measurement: the pages you visit and, when you save a preview or buy, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and our visitor ID, so Meta can tell us which ad worked; Meta never receives your photos). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your photos, previews, portraits or email at any time by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one business day.
