Refund policy

Last updated 8 October 2026. The short version: if you are not happy, we make it right.

HD portraits

If your HD portrait does not look like your child, has a visible flaw, or you are simply not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will either redo the portrait for free or refund you in full, your choice.

Video add-on

If the video fails to generate, it is refunded automatically. If it generates but you are not happy with it, the same 14-day redo-or-refund promise applies.

Second portrait

A prepaid second portrait that you have not used can be refunded on request within 14 days.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email you used at checkout, with your order number (it is on your download page). Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
